How to Video Visit Now!

Step 1: Log In
Go to https://schedule.telmate.com and log in to your account with phone number and PIN.
Step 2: Select Your Contact
Select the person you’d like to visit with.
Step 3: Visit Now!
Click on “Visit Now” in the “Online” section.

NOTE: If the inmate is available, the visit will start shortly. If the inmate is not available, you will be notified and can schedule a visit for later.
